To obtain these vital nutrients the body needs external sources in the form of vitamins. Vitamins are necessary for the functioning of organs and contribute to cellular metabolism. Vitamins must be supplied regularly to the body either through food or taking supplements. Our usual diet and our lifestyle have a major impact on total body wellness. Poor eating habits, a diet high in sugar, alcohol, nicotine, caffeine and rob the body of essential nutrients like vitamin C and B.

It’s healthy to eat a balanced diet containing fresh fruits and vegetables and plenty of water. Vitamin supplements (tablets) taken regularly helps the body stay despite the daily emotional stress and environmental forces. It is very important that the vitamin is obtained primarily from the diet and a high consumption of vitamins. People should not be expected that the tablets (capsules, liquids or tablets) are supplied with all the nutrients that is precisely why they are called supplements because food supplement.
