Use a sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher even on cloudy days. Apply sunscreen 20 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every two hours.

Avoid stress

Cortisol causes wrinkles. The levels of this hormone are elevated when you’re under stress. Against stress it is best to sleep well, do not discuss and meditation. Create a relaxing atmosphere in your home with scented candles.

Lack of water

A dehydrated body accelerates aging. Drink 10 glasses of water daily.

On sun exposure
